Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 500 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and has been made accused in this case on basis of false and concocted allegations. His name has transpired in the confessional statement of the co-accused. Except suspicion, there is nothing against this petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
