JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-08-2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with a liberty to prefer an appeal before the State Appellate Authority, challenging the order dated 14.12.2012 contained in Memo No. 304 dated 21.12.2012, passed in Appeal No. 1606/12 by the Member, District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Samastipur.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1739 of 2013 (3) dt.16-08-2017 2/2 Permission is accorded.

The petitioner shall file an appeal before the State Appellate Authority within a period of thirty days from the date of the order, which shall be disposed of in accordance with law within the statutory period.
