The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Basantpur P.S. Case No. 10 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against this petitioner is that he got himself appointed to the post of ANM by using forged documents. It is further submitted that no useful purpose would be served if the petitioner, who is lady, is taken into custody. It is further submitted that similar situated accused persons have been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 25.06.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 19080 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation, let the petitioner above named, in the

No.34292 of 2015 (2) dt.07-08-2015 event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.
