The informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and it is alleged that after the occurrence, one F.I.R named accused Pankaj Kumar was caught by Jandaha police and aforesaid co-accused Pankaj Kumar disclosed the name of petitioner and other accused. It appears that except the above stated confessional statement of co-accused Pankaj Kumar, there is nothing against the petitioner and after completion of the investigation, charge sheet has already been submitted. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with
