The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 230 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other FIR named accused persons made firing and committed loot in the house of informant. It is further alleged that coaccused Dharmanath Yadav assaulted with Khanti upon the head of informant.

It is submitted that specific accusation of assault is against co-accused Dharmanath Yadav. So far as this petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20266 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail by this Court. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Ranitalab P.S.
