10-04-2019 This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail.

Sri Umesh Chandra Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Sri Murili Dhar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, tried to persuade the Court that the petitioner deserves to be released on bail, since he has been made accused only on confession.

Fact remains that on merit, the prayer for bail of petitioner has already been rejected on 29-08-2018, vide Cr. Misc. No. 49194 of 2018, and as such, there is no reason to entertain the present petition.

The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
