Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 395/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by co-ordinate Benches of this court vide orders dated 16.03.2020 and 20.03.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 78432 of 2019 and 1022 of 2020 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 26.06.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
