This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rajoun (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 14 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. There is specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture against them.

In the opinion of this Court, this is not a fit case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20149 of 2022(2) dt.26-04-2022 2/2 grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
