The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 409 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted that the petitioner did not hand over the charge of original records while he was working as Panchayat Secretary. The case of the petitioner is that he had already submitted charge on being transferred.

Considering the facts and circumstances, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order,

No.40830 of 2014 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2 / 2 the above named petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Rahika P.S.
