JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has fairly submitted that, during the pendency of the present writ petition, final order has been passed on 06.01.2015 in Jamabandi Appeal Case No. 53 of 2013 by the respondent Additional Collector, Muzaffarpur.

In above view of the matter, the present writ petition has become infructuous. It is, accordingly, dismissed. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the statutory Forum/Tribunal for redressal of her valid grievance with respect to the lands claimed by her as also with respect to the aforesaid order dated 06.01.2015.
