2. This petition has been filed for quashing the F.I.R. bearing Palasi P.S. Case No. 169 of 2017 registered u/s 467, 468, 471, 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take all the objections in the Trial Court at appropriate stage.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of learned counsel for the
