Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No.140 of 2020 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have assaulted his own father. In such a case, nature of injury will not be a matter to be considered for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.
