The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered under Sections 419, 468, 471, 472, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant's case is that when his sister Kavita Kumari did not return from the grocery shop, he started searching her. Meanwhile, he got information that one Mister Singh, son of the petitioner, has kidnapped his sister with evil intention. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is 67 years old and has falsely been implicated in this case merely on suspicion as he happens to be father of said Mr. Singh and the girl is major. FIR has been lodged after delay of four days. There is no specific allegation against the petitioner and has got no criminal antecedent.

No.22121 of 2019(4) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Uchkagaon Police Station Case No. 240 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
