Petitioner seeks bail in connection with POCSO Special Case No. 102 of 2018, arising out of Punpun P.S. Case No. 144 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 352, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/11 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that due to village enmity petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. Allegation is general and omnibus in nature. Victim girl was not medically examined which casts serious doubt about the allegation.
