Hence, the appeal, against the judgment and decree dated 26.05.1998 and 06.06.1998, respectively, passed by Sri Jai Nandan Sharma, 4th Additional District Judge, Begusarai, in M.T.A. No.14 of 1982 by which the said appeal was allowed and the Judgment and decree dated 31.03.1982 and 17.04.1982 respectively, passed by the learned Munsif, 1st Court, Begusarai, in T.S. No.64 of 1970, stands dismissed for non-compliance of the Courts' order.
