S. Case No. 230 of 2010, Trial No. 3555 of 2011, whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioner under Section under Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code and 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to
