The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Raxaul PS case no. 188 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding seven FIR named accused persons and some unknown persons having committed murder of the son of the informant.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent and has not been named in the FIR but she has been roped in the present case without any reason upon the confessional statement having been made by the co-accused persons namely Rupa Kumar. It is

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail.

Accordingly, the abovenamed petitioner is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul PS case no. 188 of 2018.
