Interlocutory application is allowed.
A show-cause on behalf of O. P. No. 5 has been filed where they have indicated the steps which have been taken in furtherance to the direction issued by this Court in the writ application. They also indicate that a sum of Rs. 14,91,302 /- stands
Patna High Court MJC No.1900 of 2015 dt.16-12-2015 2/2 credited in the account of Smt. Shashi Sinha, wife of Late Ashok Kumar, vide authorization, dated 11.12.2015.
Counsel for the petitioner is neither in a position to certify nor deny Annexure-A. He, however, submits that the actual due is more than 17 lacs of rupees, but only Rs. 14,91,302/- has been credited.
If the petitioner approaches the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda with the accounting, the details of the calculation etc. will be looked into and if any discrepancy is found in the authorization, the balance amount will also be paid to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of such discrepancy having been found.
Contempt application stands disposed off in terms of above.
