The petitioner, namely, Ram Bharekh Kewat is in custody since 30.05.2016 in Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.621 of 2015 under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47(A) Excise Act.

The petitioner is not named in F.I.R. According to the prosecution case, by the side of the village, 70 liters of Mahua Sharab has been recovered. Subsequently many villagers have been named as accused.

Considering the above facts, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Rupees five thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34926 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No.621 of 2015.
