The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Agioon (G) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2013 registered under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleged that his daughter was done to death. It is submitted that petitioner is the husband and the informant himself alleged that his son-in-law resides in Mumbai. Petitioner was not found present in his village. Other accused persons have already been enlarged on anticipatory bail. It appears that other accused persons were granted anticipatory bail primarily on consideration that they were in-laws. Petitioner is the husband and there is allegation that petitioner was also making demand and due to non-fulfillment of demand the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40966 of 2014 (3) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 daughter of the informant was killed.
Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
