14-07-2016 Heard Sri Girish Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Narsingh Tanti, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is in custody since 20-02-2016 in Fatuha P.S. Case No. 69 of 2016 [Special (POCSO) Case No. 51 of 2016] registered for the offence under Section 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only due to village rivalry, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. He submits that it is a case of attempt to commit rape.
