Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bochahan P.S. Case No. 108 of 2014 registered under Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

The allegation is of recovery of four bottles of bear from the Hotel of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The seizure was made in two Hotels i.e. Staff Line Hotel and Shubham Line Hotel but the FIR has been instituted only against Shubham Line Hotel as it appears from the seizure list.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4224 of 2017 (3) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 within period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-cum-SubJudge 11th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Bochahan P.S.
