For the Petitioner/s : Mr. B.P.Pandey, Sr.Adv. Mr. Pravin Kumar Sinha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Sri Anuj Kumar Srivastava ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.

14-07-2016 Heard Sri B.P.Pandey, learned senior counsel, who was assisted by Sri Pravin Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anuj Kumar Srivastava, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, who is in custody only since 12-05-2016 in Ali Nagar P.S. Case No. 27 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner being mother-in-law of the deceased has falsely been implicated in the present case. It has also been argued that the deceased died after delivery and as such, a prayer has been made for grant of bail, whereas, on perusal of material on record

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26945 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 2/2 as well as period of custody, the Court is satisfied that it is not a fit case for grant of bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
