JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341,307,353 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in present case. They were only 'Darshak' of the crime and there is no specific allegation against them. The injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature. Also the arrested co-accused has already granted regular bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3864 of 2017 (3) dt.07-03-2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within period of four weeks from today,are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Area P.S. Case No. 88 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
