The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 447/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Prevention of Witch (daain) Practices Act, 2001. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (rupees twenty
