2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioner is husband of the deceased.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, when the deceased committed suicide, petitioner was abroad and he never demanded any dowry from the deceased.

6. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. This petitioner along with other accused persons caused death of daughter of the informant and this petitioner played an active role in commission of the offence.

7. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact that the deceased died within seven years of the marriage in an unnatural circumstance, anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
