2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 05.04.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 71826 of 2022 with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably, within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that one year has already been lapsed. The prosecution has examined altogether 8 witnesses but still the I.O. of this case as well as some of the formal witnesses are yet to be examined. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since 09.10.2016 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.

Having considered the period of custody of the petitioner and tardy progress of the trial, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Jamui/Incharge Successor Court in connection with Sessions Trial No. 134 of 2021 arising out of Chandradeep (Jamui) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2016, G.R. No. 1919 of 2016. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
