The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kanti P.S. Case No. 289 of 2014 registered under sections 457, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with one Manoj Kumar entered into the house of the informant in the dead of night. The petitioner caught the leg of the informant and Manoj Kumar pressed her brest. It is submitted that prior to lodging of this case Nasiva Khatoon the mother of the petitioner filed a complaint petition before the Sarpanch that the informant got her crops graze. It appears that the informant had made allegation that the petitioner and Manoj Kumar entered into her house and tried to outrage her modesty.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40697 of 2014 (2) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the same is rejected.
