The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of getting appointed as ANM at the Primary Health Centre on the basis of forged Nursing Certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners still claim that the Nursing Certificates are genuine. Moreover, the authority has directed to recover of the emolument received by the petitioners and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35593 of 2015 (2) dt.20-08-2015 2/2 similarly situated accused persons have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 19080 of 2015. Both the petitioners are ladies and counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners shall cooperate in the investigation.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 03 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
