The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the husband, and he is ready to keep his wife on any undertaking.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the above named petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, and on such surrender, the court below, after issuing notice to the complainant, shall enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two
