The petitioner, namely, Md. Rabbani is in custody in G.R.P. (Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No.143 of 2016 under Sections 379/411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

According to the prosecution case, a laptop has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.06.2016.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period of detention, I direct that the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
