The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Abadpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2016 registered under Sections 363, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 4, 16 of the POSCO Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the allegation is general and omnibus. Petitioners are the in-laws of the victim and the specific allegation is against co-accused Salim, who is husband of the victim. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the
