2. At the outset, it is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant that proceeding under Sections 82 and 83 of Cr.P.C. has already been initiated against this petitioner and as such, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.

3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail application on behalf of the petitioner stands dismissed.
