Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite parties no. 2, 3, and 4, Officials of the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Arrah submits that the order dated 01.04.2011 passed in Civil Review No. 216 of 2007 has been complied by giving time bound promotion to the petitioners on 15.09.2011 through Memo No. 728/Estab./11 and consequential benefit of the time bound promotion has been given to the petitioners and the copy of the same has already been sent to the petitsioners. As such, the order dated 01.04.2011 passed in Civil Review No. 216 of 2007 has been complied by the opposite parties. In view of the above submission, since the order under contempt has already been complied by opposite parties,
Patna High Court MJC No.3537 of 2013 dt.13-03-2015 2/2 further no action is required to be taken. Accordingly, the present contempt application is disposed of.
However, if petitioners feel aggrieved, he may take recourse in accordance with law.
