2. In pursuance to the order dated 12.07.2024, status report of trial in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 431 of 2022 has been received and kept at Flag-T, in which it is reported that out of eight charge sheet witnesses, four has been examined and it is expected that the trial may be concluded within six months subject to proper cooperation and assistance by both sides.

3. Considering the present stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 431 of 2022 pending before the court of the learned Judicial Magistate, 1st Class, Nawada.
