Petitioners are in jail custody since 15.5.2016 in a case registered under sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that some other persons had appeared in their places in the examination of constable recruitment but subsequently, signatures and thumb impressions of the petitioners were found differ with the signatures and thumb impressions on the documents. Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that having similar allegation some co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
