The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 302, 324 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation of commission of assault to deceased Dilip Kumar Nanda is specific against co-accused Pankaj Rai and general and omnibus allegation against other accused persons including the petitioner. The petitioner is a female.
