( for short „the Bank‟) and AC to AAG-4 for the State.

Looking to the order dated 23.6.2011, it appears the present writ petition was directed to be placed for consideration

Patna High Court CWJC No.7879 of 2003 (9) dt.23-06-2016 2/2 after disposal of CWJC No. 3349 of 2004.

Since CWJC No. 3349 of 2004 has been disposed of, the writ application has been placed for consideration. Mr. Jha states that in the light of the order dated 17.4.2015 passed in CWJC No. 3349 of 2004, the present writ application should also be disposed of. A Bench of this Court while disposing of CWJC No. 3349 of 2004 directed as under in para 10:- "10.In that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to file an application before the Union of India through NAWARD and NAWARD will examine the case of the petitioner, if it finds that petitioner is entitled make necessary approval for the proper reimbursement of the money which the petitioner is entitled under ARDR Scheme, 1990 after proper examination."

There is agreement at Bar that present writ application should also be disposed of in terms of the order passed in the aforesaid case.

Consequently, the application is disposed of in the light of the order dated 17.4.2015 passed in CWJC No. 3349 of 2004.
