2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 69 of the B.N.S..

3. As per prosecution case, it is alleged that on the false pretext of marriage, this petitioner sexually assaulted the victim repeatedly. The victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., she has supported the prosecution case.

4. Considering the specific and direct nature of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20309 of 2025(2) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 accusation and statement of victim recorded under Section 183 of the B.N.S.S., the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
