The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No.305 of 2018, registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

20 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 06.08.2018.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner, petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.305 of 2018.
