The petitioner is in custody in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 115 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.12.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in snatching of motorcycle on pistol point.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than three months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be
