Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Sursand P.S. Case No. 360 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed supplementary affidavit on behalf of the petitioner bringing on record his complaint to the Government authorities about the high handedness of the informant side.

Considering the same and the nature of injury, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Case No. 360 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
