The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 552 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 307, 353, 412, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 05.02.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5053 of 2020. Petitioner is in custody since 23.08.2019.

No.19491 of 2020(3) dt.22-06-2020 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 552 of 2019.
