1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That the present writ application is being filed for a writ/writs, order/ orders, directions directing upon the respondents concerned in the nature of Mandamus:

(i) For direction to the respondents concerned to implement and effect the order of Bihar Gram Kachahari, Narayanpur, Laxmipur, BlockIsmilepur, District- Bhagalpur (Naresh Sah Vs. Khokha Mandal) dated 20.01.2019 passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4487 of 2023(2) dt.09-10-2023 2/2 Case No.96/2018-19 with regard to the land in question situated in Mauja-Narayanpur, Thana no.31, Khata no.270, Khesra no.475 Ward no.15, which has been passed between the consent of both the parties.

(ii) To give protection to the petitioner from private respondent no.10 for his unnecessary threat of dire consequences, abuse, misbehave and wants to grab his landed property by this and that way even his filing several applications before the Panchayat and local and higher officials of the State of Bihar in the following circumstances.

(iii) To give such and other protection to the petitioner by the respondent no.10 and restrain the respondent no. 10 to not snatch his landed property as decided by Gram Kachahari in Case No.96/2018-19."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Bhagalpur, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
