The petitioner seeks bail in Ara Town P.S. Case No.425 of 2017 registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Raid was conducted in the house of the petitioner and it is alleged that some Heroin and two live and two empty cartridges each were recovered from the house of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.08.2017. The petitioner has already been released on bail for recovery of 110 gms. of Heroin vide order dated 13.08.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.12918 of 2018.

Considering the fact that only two empty and two live cartridges each were recovered from possession of the petitioner for that the petitioner is in jail for more than a month, petitioner,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60013 of 2018(2) dt.28-09-2018 2/2 above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ara, Bhojpur in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No.425 of 2017.
