JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2021 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner in presence of the learned APP for the State Sri Ashok Kumar, seeks to withdraw the present petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below and seek regular bail.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as not pressed, however with a direction and liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi PS case no. 60 of 2015, within a period of four weeks from today and pray for regular bail.
