JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 10-10-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.11.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 52891 of 2017 and there is recovery of 70 kg. of ganja and petitioner was arrested at the spot.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is driver and he is in custody since 8.2.2017 and there is no substantial progress in trial.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of recovery of huge quantity of ganja and petitioner was arrested at the spot, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

However, as the petitioner is in custody, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial by conducting it on regular
