====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-07-2023 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State.

Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 354(b), 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against this petitioner is of outraging the modesty of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the land of the petitioner is situated in village Baradih where he did plantation. He submits that informant and her family members used to go in his field for defecation and when the petitioner forbade them to do so, this false and concocted has been lodged against him. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.21628 of 2023(2) dt.07-07-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P. S. Case No. 1114 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
