03. 20.03.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State.

The Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Mufassil (Munger) P.S. Case No. 167 of 2014 registered under Sections 447, 341, 307, 323, 504 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger. Considering that while on bail the Petitioners committed present act and, hence, misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to them.
