The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Chiraiya P.S. Case No. 122 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, thirteen FIR named accused persons including petitioner assaulted the informant and his son. Petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the son of informant. The doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature.

It is submitted that There is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injuries. Case filed the petitioner's side is in earlier point of time. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
